Pizza, Bingo, & Books Night Volunteer Sign-up 2026

SPRING 2026 EVENT - PIZZA, BINGO, AND BOOKS NIGHT!

 

Hello Westgate Families!

Our annual Pizza, Bingo, and Books Night will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, in our new school building — and we’re excited to bring this favorite tradition back for another fun-filled evening!

In order to make this event a success, we need volunteers to help throughout the night. Opportunities include:

• Event setup and teardown
• Handing out pizza and refreshments
• Bingo caller
• Raffle table
• Managing bingo and prize tables
• Assisting with book fair sales

 

Shifts have been divided into shorter time slots so you can volunteer and still enjoy the evening with your family.

We also have volunteer shifts available for the book fair after school and during conference times, please click here to view this signup.

As always, we truly appreciate your support in helping make this event special for our Westgate families. We couldn’t do it without you!

Pizza Handout Station
Please arrive by 5:15 to receive pizza delivery and organize per type of pizza (cheese, hamburger, pepperoni). There will be a spreadsheet available with families/pizza orders for reference. Families will come to this station to retrieve their pizza.
