You’ll find many of our sign-ups, volunteer opportunities, and the comings and goings for the year all in one place. We’ll also be hosting our fundraiser through our website again this year! 🎉

Westgate Apparel Store Update!
The Westgate Apparel Store is currently closed, but we still have a limited number of Westgate shirts in select sizes available for purchase! 👕🐊
If you’re interested in purchasing a shirt or would like to check which sizes are still available, please send us a message, westgatecommunityclub@gmail.com!

📦 BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
Did you know our school participates in the Box Tops program?!
Back in the day, our parents sent us to school with baggies stuffed full of Box Tops clipped from everyday grocery products, helping to raise funds for our schools. While the way we collect them looks a little different now, the fundraising opportunity is still just as valuable!
All you have to do is scan the QR code below, download the Box Tops app, register, and start scanning your grocery receipts from stores like Aldi, Baker’s, Hy-Vee, Costco, and more. 🛒
And it gets even better! Box Tops offers sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, and monthly challenges —all of which can help our school earn even more. 🙌
They even have promotional rebates and challenges that earns your family free or discounted products!
Would you believe that, to date, our school has earned just under $13,000 through this program?! That’s an incredible amount of money raised from something as simple as scanning receipts for everyday products we buy. 💚
If remembering to scan your receipts doesn’t feel realistic, there’s an easy solution: connect your Walmart account to the Box Tops app. That way, you can continue earning for our school without having to remember to scan anything!

Monthly Community Club Meeting 📆
Our next Community Club meeting will be held at the school on Thursday, September 3rd, @ 5:30pm. Join us to hear about all the current comings and goings and share your ideas! We will be discussing all things fundraiser, carnival, and other upcoming fall affairs.
We’d love to welcome some fresh faces to help support our community club. Several positions will be open for next year, and your participation can make a big difference in keeping our events and programs running smoothly.
