All Things Fundraiser 🛤 🐊

Our 2025 Fundraiser has officially wrapped up, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your support! 💚

We were able to send prizes home with students near the end of October, and we sincerely hope your kiddos enjoyed the fruits of their hard work! Thank you again for cheering them on and helping make this event such a success.

 

 

This was our first year hosting the fundraiser ourselves and we truly hope it was a positive experience for everyone involved. We’d love to hear your feedback — please don’t hesitate to reach out with any comments, questions, or suggestions about the prizes or the fundraiser as a whole.

 

🍦 Classroom Celebrations

Our ECC kiddos earned bragging rights as the one and only class to reach their classroom goal, raising the highest amount amongst all classrooms! This awesome bunch celebrated with a sweet ice cream party! Way to go, young gators!

 

 

Mrs. Mawawa’s 5th grade class and Mrs. Hoffman’s kindergarten class raised the highest funds among the rest of the classrooms! They enjoyed sweet treats and extra recess time at Pipal Park! ☀️

🎃 Trunk or Treat Recap 👻

 

There were so many awesome trunks this year — what a fun and festive night! The top trunks voted by the people were:

🕸 The Haunted House, 🧟‍♂️ Frankenstein, 🌳 100 Acre Wood / Winnie the Pooh, and  🪄 Wizard of Oz

…and more creative designs that made the evening extra special!

During conferences, we do our best to make sure our amazing teachers and staff are well taken care of with tasty meals to keep them fueled throughout the two busy days!

 

We’re so grateful to West Hills Church for being such wonderful neighbors and providing a hearty chili lunch for our staff this year. 🌶️

 

And a big shout-out to Jamie Jank for coordinating a delicious Chipotle dinner on behalf of the Community Club — our teachers truly appreciated it! 🌯

Community Club Meeting🗓

Our next community club meeting will be on November 11, 2025. Join us in the School library at 5:30pm to discuss the final bits of the fundraiser, past October events like teacher conferences meals, Trunk or Treat, and Classroom Halloween Parties, along with discussing the reopening of the Gator store and few other ventures to wrap up the year 2025!
