Our annual spring family fun night is happening on March 13, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 PM—and it’s extra special this year as our first family fun night in the new school building!

Come join us for a fun-filled evening featuring:

• 🎲 Free bingo and refreshments

• 📚 Browse the Scholastic Book Fair with the whole family

PIZZA, BINGO, & BOOKS VOLUNTEERS

🎉 Pizza, Bingo, and Books Night – Volunteers & Donations Needed! 🎉

Our annual Pizza, Bingo, and Books Night will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, in our new school building — and we’re excited to bring this favorite tradition back for another fun-filled evening!

To make this event a success, we are looking for volunteers to help throughout the night. Opportunities include:

• Event setup and teardown

• Handing out pizza and refreshments

• Bingo caller

• Raffle table

• Managing bingo and prize tables

• Assisting with book fair sales

Shifts have been divided into shorter time slots so you can volunteer and still enjoy the evening with your family. Check out the sign up here. 

🎁 Bingo Prize Donations

 We also have a sign-up available for bingo prize donations if you would like to contribute something to our awesome prize table.

📚 Book Fair Volunteer Signup 

 Lastly, there is a separate sign-up for book fair volunteer shifts after school and during conference times. Proceeds from the book fair go directly toward supplying new books for the school library, helping keep our shelves full and our students reading!

As always, we truly appreciate your support in helping make this event special for our Westgate families. We couldn’t do it without you!
