Our 2025 Fundraiser has officially wrapped up, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your support! 💚
We were able to send prizes home with students near the end of October, and we sincerely hope your kiddos enjoyed the fruits of their hard work! Thank you again for cheering them on and helping make this event such a success.
This was our first year hosting the fundraiser ourselves and we truly hope it was a positive experience for everyone involved. We’d love to hear your feedback — please don’t hesitate to reach out with any comments, questions, or suggestions about the prizes or the fundraiser as a whole.
🍦 Classroom Celebrations
Our ECC kiddos earned bragging rights as the one and only class to reach their classroom goal, raising the highest amount amongst all classrooms! This awesome bunch celebrated with a sweet ice cream party! Way to go, young gators!
Mrs. Mawawa’s 5th grade class and Mrs. Hoffman’s kindergarten class raised the highest funds among the rest of the classrooms! They enjoyed sweet treats and extra recess time at Pipal Park! ☀️

There were so many awesome trunks this year — what a fun and festive night! The top trunks voted by the people were:

During conferences, we do our best to make sure our amazing teachers and staff are well taken care of with tasty meals to keep them fueled throughout the two busy days!
We’re so grateful to West Hills Church for being such wonderful neighbors and providing a hearty chili lunch for our staff this year. 🌶️
And a big shout-out to Jamie Jank for coordinating a delicious Chipotle dinner on behalf of the Community Club — our teachers truly appreciated it! 🌯

WESTGATE CARNIVAL 2025 🎪
The carnival was such a success this year! We had a fantastic turnout, the sun was shining, and the night was filled with laughter, games, and community spirit. We even heard one student declare it as 'the best day of his life!'
We are so grateful to our amazing community—thank you to all the parents who donated soda and desserts, and to the many volunteers who kept the fun flowing all night long. It warms our hearts to be able to put on *FREE* events like this for our kids to enjoy and remember. A BIG shoutout goes to Liz Koepp and Anna Hartmann for, once again, pulling together an unforgettable event... We are so lucky to have dedicated parents, like you! Here's to another year of fun, laughter, and Westgate Pride! 💚
